Christmas Slump

Well, now that the presents have all been unwrapped and all of the relatives have gone back home, I am in a "Christmas Slump." What's more, there's NO SNOW!!! All of it has melted and there are only muddy snowbanks along the sides of the road. Although I got most of what I asked for (sans hippopotamus) I am still in a slump. Did I mention Happy Holidays to all?

Christmastime is Here

Happy December to all of you in cyberspace. The snow is here (hopefully to stay this time) and now it is time to come together with friends and family to give and love and have lots of food and laughter. Yes, the hopeless romantic in me has returned. I can never get too angry, especially during the holiday season. There must be something in the snow.
